All Levels are welcome to attend these weekly workouts.  We combine tennis skills practice with competitive on-court games for a fun way to get some exercise, have a good time and improve

BEGINNER

TENNIS

This class is best for those new to tennis.  Learn the game through stroke instruction, rally consistency and introductory point strategy

CARDIO

TENNIS

Combining the fun of tennis with high level cardiovascular exercise, all levels are welcome for this fitness activity

DOUBLES

STRAGEGY

Beginner to Advanced players, these classes can be segmented by level and team, available for private booking.
